Founded in 2012 by Gabriel Barajas, TacosWay had humble origins before growing into the industry-disrupting restaurant that it is today.
At the time, Gabriel (aka Mr. TacosWay & Mr. MicheWay) was operating a hot-dog stand outside a nearby DMV. Having grown up in Southern California, Mr. TacosWay recognized that the local industry was missing a hip Mexican restaurant. Since then, TacosWay rapidly opened five locations in a span of just five years in addition to the summer 2020 grand opening in Tokyo Japan. With an additional Oxnard California restaurant on the way, it won't be long until TacosWay opens in a city near you!
